It is a superb digestive aid, used to relieve gas, bloating, and indigestion. It also helps to freshen breath and is known to clear mucus from the stomach and lungs, making it beneficial for colds and coughs.

For a Digestive & Aromatic Chai: Add a few crushed whole pods or a pinch of powder to your tea while it brews.
As a Breath Freshener: Chewing on a whole pod after a meal can aid digestion and leave your breath fresh and sweet.
In Desserts: Use the powder to flavor rice puddings (kheer), custards, and ice creams for a luxurious, aromatic touch.

Sourcing

We source our Cardamom pods from the famed Cardamom Hills of Kerala, selecting plump, green pods that are bursting with aromatic seeds.

Purity & Processing

The pods are carefully dried to preserve their color and flavor. We offer them whole, or we extract the potent seeds and grind them into a super-fine, intensely fragrant powder.
