This Ayurvedic oil is a therapeutic blend specifically formulated to pacify and balance Pitta dosha—the energy of fire and water, associated with heat and transformation. It is the perfect remedy for cooling an overheated body and mind, calming irritability, and soothing sensitive, inflamed skin. Used for a gentle self-massage (Abhyanga), it helps to release tension, cool inflammation, and promote a sense of tranquil clarity.
● For a Cooling Self-Massage (Abhyanga): Apply the oil at room temperature (or slightly warm) all over your body, using smooth, flowing strokes. It is especially beneficial to massage the scalp and the soles of the feet before bed to promote restful sleep. Let it absorb for 20 minutes before a lukewarm shower.
● For Soothing Irritated Skin: Apply a small amount of the oil to areas of redness, rash, or sunburn for instant cooling relief.
