Gokshura is the premier Ayurvedic herb for urinary and kidney health. Its name means “cow’s hoof,” alluding to the shape of its thorny fruit. It is a powerful Mutrala (diuretic) and is used to cool and soothe the urinary tract, break down stones, and support healthy fluid balance. It is also a celebrated Vrishya (aphrodisiac) and Rasayana (rejuvenator), known to enhance vitality and vigor, particularly in males. It pacifies Vata and Pitta doshas.

For Kidney & Urinary Support: Boil 1 tsp of Gokshura powder in a cup of water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink the decoction once or twice a day.
For a Vitality Tonic: Mix half a teaspoon of powder into a cup of warm milk with a spoonful of honey.
