OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Overview

Bhringraj is a creeping herb from the sunflower family that thrives in the moist, warm regions of India. Its profound effect on hair health is legendary, attributed to its ability to nourish the hair follicles and support liver function (as healthy hair is seen in Ayurveda as an offshoot of a healthy liver and strong bone tissue). It is a cornerstone of almost every classical Ayurvedic hair formulation.

French: Eclipta blanc
German: Falsches Gänseblümchen
Chinese: Hànlián cǎo (旱莲草)
Arabic: ر راج (Bhringraj)
Spanish: Bhringraj, Falsa margarita
Russian: Брингарадж (Bringaradzh)
Japanese: ブリンガラージ (Buringarāji)

In Ayurveda, Bhringraj is unequivocally hailed as Keshraj—the “King of Hair.” It is the premier herb for hair health, known to pacify Pitta and Vata doshas. It is traditionally used to arrest hair fall, prevent premature graying, and stimulate robust hair growth. Beyond hair, it is also considered a powerful tonic for the liver, supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes.

For a Potent Hair Growth Oil: Gently heat 2 tbsp of Bhringraj powder in 1 cup of SUPHERB® Coconut or Sesame Carrier Oil over a low flame. Let it infuse, then cool and strain. Use this oil to massage the scalp 2-3 times a week.
For a Rejuvenating Hair Mask: Combine Bhringraj powder with SUPHERB® Amla and Brahmi powders. Mix with yogurt or water to form a paste, apply to the scalp and hair, and leave for 30 minutes before washing.
