Rosemary is a celebrated circulatory stimulant. In Ayurveda, its warming nature is used to pacify Vata and Kapha doshas. It is most famous for its use in hair care, where it invigorates the scalp, stimulates blood flow to the follicles, and promotes strong, healthy hair growth. It is also used to darken hair over time and add shine. Its antioxidant properties also help to support memory and concentration.

For a Hair Growth-Stimulating Rinse: Boil 2 tbsp of Rosemary powder in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Let it cool completely and strain. Use this fragrant water as a final rinse after shampooing, making sure to massage it into the scalp. Do not rinse out.
As a Culinary Herb: Use to season roasted meats, vegetables, and breads for a classic Mediterranean flavor.
