Avocado Oil is an intensely rich and emollient oil, perfect for deeply nourishing dry, damaged, and mature skin. It is packed with vitamins A, D, and E, as well as fatty acids and lecithin. It is one of the most moisturizing oils available, helping to improve skin elasticity, calm itchiness, and heal chapped skin. It also works as a wonderful deep conditioning treatment for dry hair.

For an Intense Night Treatment: For very dry skin, massage a few drops onto the face and neck as a deeply restorative overnight treatment.
For a Scalp Conditioning Mask: Gently warm the oil and massage it into the scalp and hair. Leave for at least 30 minutes before shampooing for a deep conditioning effect.
As a Carrier Oil: Its richness makes it a wonderful carrier for essential oils in massage blends for dry skin.
